No Love Bug ...

Can you see the question mark at the end of that title?


The wooden wordart doesn't come with it, but I had to add it because I think that "Love Bug" was probably the last thing my parents called me (even though it is what we call our youngest all the time). I cried all the time apparently, and food and I were never friends.


It's the first Friday of the month and that means it's BYOC (Build Your Own Collaboration kit) at The Lilypad.


The colour palette given to all the designers to work from this month was gorgeous, and that's what inspired the collection I used to scrap the page:

Vintage scrapbooking supplies

A few years back my mother-in-law was having a clean out and was about to throw away the tattered and ripped tape measure she had inherited from HER mother.

I practically ripped it out of her hands and said I would take it. She was a bit bemused, as it was so worn out.

And here it is, straight and curled and tied into bows and in a variety of colours.

A chocolate box album for my Dad

I call these albums 'chocolate box' albums because you never quite know what you are going to get when you turn the page.
I created one for my mother and another for my Dad, scanned and scrapping some favourite photos collected into an album in no particular order.
